Gregg Allman's battle with bronchitis is forcing his band to put its remaining shows at New York's Beacon Theatre on hold.
Allman was forced to sit out two Allman Brothers Band shows this weekend but the group now says its postponing their last four performances with promises to reschedule. The affected dates include March 25th, March 26th, March 28th and March 29th.
Celebrating 45 years of music this year, The Allman Brothers Band began its 14-show run at the Beacon on March 7th.
A note posted on their Facebook page Sunday said there were no guarantees but offered that Gregg was improving and hoped to return to the stage for the last four shows.
Fans who were planning on going to the show should hang on to their tickets for rescheduled dates. For those New Yorkers in the area, Q104.3 will share any details that become available.
